Called Virtual Cable...
Called Virtual Cable, the latest kit projects a guiding line above the road in front of you. By using a special head-up display (HUD), the unit replaces the traditional arrows and graphics with a simple ‘cable’ which appears suspended in mid-air.
This could be the family...
This could be the family car that breaks the mould - that’s according to young American car designer Mallory McMorrow. The 21-year old won a competition to style a Mazda3 for 2017.
Her prize was to see her drawings made a reality in front of visitors to the LA expo. Show goers have been treated to skilled modellers carving out of clay a full-size mock-up out of her design.
When÷ asked about the concept, McMorrow claimed “I want a car that doesn’t believe in falling into a single category. One with the body and soul of a sports car, that can handle every curve that comes its way, but with five-door practicality and enough room to carry my friends and their kit.”
