When it"s finished next...

When it"s finished next month, owners will drive through a Victorian courtyard and on to a modern platform. That"s the claim made...

One in 10 cars has been damaged by the ruts - five per cent have even failed an MoT as a result.

Silver might well be...

Silver might well be the most popular car colour now, but experts predict black will be back.

Research conducted by cover provider yesinsurance.co.uk reveals 30 per cent of respondents would choose black for their next model. Silver has been the preferred colour for several years; 31 per cent of cars sold in the UK in 2005 were that colour, with 22 per cent blue.

White is predicted to take a potential third place, say techies at BASF coatings, as new pigments allow an attractive white surface texture.
