Chevrolet"s Epica large family saloon goes on sale in April. Prices start at ÷£13,995 for the 2.0-litre petrol, or ÷£14,995 for the diesel LS. The flagship LT auto is ÷£16,595.
The US manufacturer has also released a special-edition Captiva Edge. For ÷£19,995, the 2.0-litre oil-burner offers ÷£2,400 of extras, including 20-inch alloy wheels.
Infiniti’s go at Geneva show
The wait is nearly at an end for luxury brand Infiniti. It’s set to be launched officially in Europe at the Geneva Motor Show in March. A subsidiary of Nissan, Infiniti originally launched in the US in the Eighties, but will release its first UK-specification car in the autumn. This will be the FX45, a top-end SUV that’s likely to cost around ÷£45,000.
