The newcomers will be badged ecoFLEX, and are set to feature a number of clever technologies, including low-capacity turbo engines. Each will be the cleanest, most efficient car in its respective model line-up.

More versions of the new Mondeo are now available with hi-tech active suspension. Ford’s Interactive Vehicle Dynamic Control set-up has three modes – sport, comfort and regular – for varying road conditions. Each automatically adjusts the dampers up to 10 times a second for the best ride and handling. The option costs ?650 on Zetec, Ghia and Titanium cars.
