The software dials up the service provider - this costs a few pence - and the latest traffic news is sent to your phone. You only need to press one button for an update, but always pull over first or ask a passenger for help.
The speed of traffic and length of any delays in minutes is clearly displayed, and by clicking on a camera icon you can see a live view of the road. Pictures are streamed from roadside cameras so you can keep an eye on troublespots.
